Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Granada Creatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old with parental consent in Spain) to use this service. By using Granada Creatives, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Create only one account per person

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Choose a unique handle that does not impersonate others

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Granada Creatives. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your content on the website

  • Include your profile in our public directory

  • Use your content for promotional purposes (with attribution)

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Is accurate and truthful

  • Does not infringe on others' intellectual property

  • Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

  • Complies with applicable laws

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Impersonate another person or entity

  • Harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service

  • Attempt to hack or compromise our security

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Granada Creatives platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Granada Creatives uses third-party services for authentication (Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook) and analytics. By using our service, you acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Granada Creatives is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted service availability

  • Accuracy of information provided by users

  • Specific results from using the service

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • User-generated content

  • Actions of third parties

  • Service interruptions or downtime

  • Data loss beyond our reasonable control

Your rights as a consumer under EU law, including Spanish consumer protection regulations, are not affected.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the directory. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email or website announcement.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Granada, Spain.

14. Severability
